Company Overview

Our state-of-the-art plant in the sultana raisins capital of the world -Manisa, Turkey- is unsurpassed in its ability to process, package and ship the finest sultana raisins in the world.

The owners of the business, the Özgür Family, have been in the business for the past 30 years, first as traders and then, after many years, as processors and packers. In 2003, they implemented a major investment programme, and built a brand new factory in the heart of the largest growing area at Saruhanlı, approximately an hour’s drive from Izmir.

The new factory has been built to the very highest standards that you would expect from a modern food processing facility. Moreover, Özgür are now accredited to both HACCP and BRC AA+ Grade and they are proud of the fact that they have been awarded “approved supplier” status by many of the largest food manufacturers across Europe.

The firm which bases its production process on Quality, Hygiene and Technology concepts exports delicious Aegean raisins to all of the European countries, especially to the United Kingdom, France, Germany Italy and also Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
